I'm a product designer who has shipped complex products across public safety, financial services, and e-commerce. My work sits at the intersection of how systems are supposed to work and how people actually experience them.

I started my career designing mission-critical software for first responders at Hexagon Safety and Infrastructure, now Octave. That environment, where poor UX has real consequences, shaped how I think about clarity, reliability, and the weight of a design decision. From there I brought that same rigor to commerce: designing for U.S. Bank's car dealership customers, then owning end-to-end design on third-party partner integrations at Shopify, shipping features used by hundreds of thousands of merchants.

Now at Harbin Digital, I'm building AI-powered intake and operations systems for independent consultants and coaches, and productizing them for scale.
